The Birkett Mills expects that you will be satisfied with our products. If however, you are not, we will be happy to refund the cost of the product to you, minus shipping. We only ask that you return the product to us. Please note our contact information at the bottom of this page, or complete our Contact Form.
Shipping Overview
We ship all of our products via United Parcel Service (UPS). Our shopping cart utilizes UPS's live shipping rates. All of our customer's orders are charged a $3.00 flat rate handling charge. If a customer feels that they amount they have been charged for shipping is not correct, they may contact us by email at custserv@thebirkettmills.com or call (315) 536-3311.
Privacy, Payment & Security
If you place an order online, contact us via e-mail, Twitter, Facebook, or other means, we may record your e-mail address and/or postal address so that we may communicate with you in the future. If you receive emails or eNewsletters from us, a link will be included to unsubscribe from these emails. We will not share your email address with anyone, including other marketers, unless we contact you first.
We will accept payment online via your major credit card. We utilize a third-party e-commerce system to collect your payment and order information.
